Appointment Booking

A credit card is required to hold appointments. Your card will only be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours before or miss your appointment. You can use a different payment method at checkout. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Venmo, credit cards, and HSA cards. Insurance is not accepted. Posted prices do not include tax.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is important to me, and so is mine. Each session takes time and focus to be prepared to help you achieve your goals. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

Before Your Appointment

After booking, please complete the intake forms sent to your email -  before your appointment. I want to spend your full appointment working on you. If you have any questions, let me know.
