Deep Tissue Massage involves applying gradually firmer pressure and techniques to affect changes to the deeper layers of muscles. It can be both therapeutic and relaxing (depending upon your pressure preferences).

These techniques help with soft tissue ailments including migraines, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, lower back pain, general muscle pain, and many more.
TMJ massage is a therapeutic technique designed to relieve tension, pain, and dysfunction in the jaw muscles and temporomandibular joints (TMJs). TMJ massage requires a written referral by a physician, chiropractor, or dentist.
As a therapeutic massage, it includes balancing the major muscle groups attached to the pelvis and intraoral massage. Why the pelvis?
Pelvic and low back pain are closely connected to TMJ dysfunction through the body’s global postural and fascial systems. Simply put, when the pelvis is misaligned, it alters spinal curves, muscle tension, and nerve signaling all the way up to the jaw and neck. This compensation pattern can overload the muscles that control the temporomandibular joint, contributing to jaw pain, clicking, headaches, and facial tension. While TMJ-focused treatment may bring temporary relief, symptoms often return if the underlying pelvic and lumbar imbalances are not addressed. A truly effective approach looks at the body as an integrated whole—restoring pelvic alignment and low back stability reduces compensatory strain on the jaw, allowing TMJ treatments to hold and providing longer-lasting relief.
TMJ massage requires a written referral by a physician, chiropractor, or dentist.
MLD is a specialized, light-touch technique that supports your body’s natural detoxification and immune processes. It stimulates the lymphatic system to drain excess fluid, waste products, and toxins from the body. Treatments are based on the Vodder method.
