After more than 20 years in communications and special events, I transitioned into massage therapy with a clear focus: helping people feel and function better in their bodies. I earned my Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credentials from Cuyahoga Community College, completing both a Post-Degree Certificate in Massage Therapy and an Advanced Massage Therapy Certificate.

I am also a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist (CMLDT), trained through Klose Training in the Vodder method. This specialized training allows me to safely support clients managing swelling, inflammation, post-surgical recovery, autoimmune and chronic conditions, and other situations requiring precise, evidence-informed care.

As a lifelong athlete and Reiki practitioner, I bring both structural understanding and nervous system awareness into every session. My work integrates therapeutic, deep tissue, lymphatic, and restorative techniques to address pain, improve mobility, and support sustainable recovery.

Whether you’re healing from surgery, managing a chronic condition, training hard, or simply feeling the effects of stress, sessions are tailored with intention — never routine. My approach is practical, grounded, and results-focused while still allowing space for deep relaxation and restoration.

My goal is straightforward: reduce pain, restore movement, calm the nervous system, and help you move through life with greater ease and confidence.
